Appointment & Service Guidelines

Below you’ll find our key policies regarding appointments, arrival, service timing, consultations, pricing, payments, and client consent for photo or video content.

Cancellation / Rescheduling

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

On-Time Arrival

We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment.

Appointment Timing

While we do our best to stay on schedule, service times may vary depending on the complexity of the treatment and the condition of the hair. As a result, appointments may occasionally begin later than planned. We appreciate your understanding.

Satisfaction / Adjustments

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any concerns regarding your service, please contact us within 15 days of your appointment so we can review the matter and provide a reasonable adjustment if appropriate.

Pricing Disclaimer

Prices listed on our website are starting prices only. Final pricing may vary depending on hair length, thickness, condition, and the complexity of the service.

Consultation Policy

Some services may require a consultation before booking. For major color changes, corrective work, hair extensions, or other specialty services, we may recommend an in-person or virtual consultation.

Allergy / Chemical Service Notice

Clients are kindly asked to inform us before their appointment of any allergies, sensitivities, scalp conditions, or previous chemical treatments. This helps us provide services in a safe and effective manner.

Payment Policy

We accept debit, credit, and cash. Full payment is expected upon completion of the service.

Photo / Video Notice

To thoughtfully document the services we provide, before-and-after photos or videos may be taken. These materials may be used for promotional purposes and social media sharing only with the client’s consent.

Appointment Confirmation

Appointments booked online are subject to confirmation. We reserve the right to contact clients regarding scheduling adjustments when necessary.

Promotions / Gift Cards

Unless otherwise stated, promotions, discounts, and gift cards cannot be combined. Gift cards are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service.
